Hiroya Tsukamoto makes his second appearance at the Confluence Creative Arts Center on Sunday, June 21, with a concert and acoustic guitar workshop.

Hiroya is a composer, guitarist, and singer-songwriter from Kyoto, Japan — a two-time second-place winner of the International Fingerstyle Guitar Championship (2018 and 2022) who has performed at Blue Note NYC and the United Nations.
