Mountain Craft Days
Mountain Craft Days is the Somerset Historical Center’s signature annual event, held Sept. 11, 12 and 13 on the first weekend after Labor Day. The three-day outdoor festival puts 125 craftspeople, artisans and entertainers across the wooded grounds, interpreting the rural folkways of western Pennsylvania.
Gates open at 10 a.m. and close at 5 p.m. each day. It draws close to 10,000 people a year from across Pennsylvania and the northeast.
Admission is $10 for adults 18 and over, $5 for ages 6 to 17, and free for children under 6. Parking is free. Details at somersethistoricalcenter.org or 814-445-6077.
