The Casselman River Watershed Association hosts a free Bike Ride into History on the Great Allegheny Passage on Sunday, August 30, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Riders meet in the Rockwood Trailhead parking lot near the information booth at 10 a.m., where a historian will share the story of Rockwood before the group pedals to Markleton to learn about that town’s remarkable past. From there, riders can continue down the trail or return to Rockwood at their leisure. The event is free and no reservations are required. Bring water and a snack.
