The Mountain Watershed Association is hosting a community forum on the wave of data center and power plant development headed for Fayette County, including NextEra Energy’s proposed $13 billion East Riverside Energy Center along the Monongahela River in Luzerne Township. The town hall is a chance for residents to ask questions about water withdrawals, air quality, and what local approval actually means before permits are final.
