April is National Poetry Month, and the Confluence Creative Arts Center is celebrating with a Blackout Poetry Workshop on Thursday, April 23, from 6 to 7:30 p.m.

Participants will discover a beautifully artistic form of poetry using the blackout method — taking an existing text, redacting most of it, and transforming the remaining words and space into literary art.
