News & Views

The Pennsylvania Maple Festival returns to Meyersdale for two weekends this April — April 18-19 and April 22-26 — and it is worth making the trip.

Meyersdale has been calling itself Pennsylvania’s “Maple City” for a reason. The festival brings maple syrup demonstrations, horse-drawn carriage rides, live entertainment, arts and crafts, and plenty more. It’s one of the better springtime traditions in this part of the state, and it’s right in the neighborhood.

Whether you ride the GAP up from Confluence or make the drive, this is a fine way to spend a spring afternoon. For more information visit the Pennsylvania Maple Festival online.
